Cruiseport Destinations Attendance Policy

Policy Overview: Reliability is essential to the operations of Cruiseport Destinations. We rely on our team to be present and punctual to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Failure to report for a scheduled shift without notification disrupts our service and places an unfair burden on your colleagues.

No Call, No Show Definition: A "No Call, No Show" occurs when an employee fails to report for their scheduled shift and fails to notify management via Phone or by Text before the start of their shift.

Removal from Schedule: Cruiseport Destinations maintains a strict limit on unexcused absences. Any employee who accumulates three (3) "No Call, No Show" incidents will be immediately and permanently removed from the schedule. This removal is considered a voluntary resignation due to job abandonment.

Emergency Documentation: Management recognizes that extreme, unforeseen emergencies may occur. In such cases, an employee may provide official documentation (e.g., a physician's note or accident report) for management to review the incident and determine if an exception is warranted.

Employee Acknowledgment: I have read and understood the Cruiseport Destinations Attendance Policy. I acknowledge that my presence is required for all scheduled shifts and that three (3) instances of "No Call, No Show" will result in my immediate removal from the schedule and termination of my employment.
